  • Session 10: Practical AI – Using ChatGPT, Excel AI, Copilot, Grammarly, Canva AI
  • Session 11: Automating Tasks – Scheduling, Drafting, and Communication Aids

Module 4: Customer Service & Sales Readiness (Week 6)

Goal: Train for frontline roles in service, sales, and coordination.

  • Session 12: Customer Interaction Skills – Listening, Clarity, and Empathy
  • Session 13: Handling Calls & Emails – Roleplays for Telecalling/Support
  • Session 14: Basics of Sales Coordination & CRM Tools (Zoho, HubSpot intro)

Module 5: Basic Office Recruitment (Week 7)

Goal: Help students understand how hiring works and how offices actually function.

  • Session 15: How Companies Hire – Recruitment Basics • Understanding job roles, CV shortlisting basics, What recruiters look in CV
  • Session 16: How to source CVs from arious Database platforms like Naukri, Indeed etc

Module 6: Interview & Career Skills (Week 8)

Goal: Prepare candidates to confidently clear interviews and sustain a job

  • Session 17: Resume Writing & Profile Building Creating a professional CV (role-specific) in Naukri and LinkedIn
  • Session 18: Interview Preparation – HR & Operations Round Common interview questions, How to introduce yourself professionally
  • Session 19: Mock Interviews & Feedback (1:1 + Group) Real interview simulations, Body language & confidence correction, Personalized feedback
  • Session 20: Joining Readiness & First-90-Days on the Job How to perform in the first month, Handling pressure, targets, and feedback, Growth mindset at work
